Great little boutique hotel , near Haymarket area of Edinburgh. Not right in the centre of town but easy enough to access via taxi, walking or tram. Super breakfast and great service, very comfy beds , lovely loung area

Like many othe reviewers, we stayed here on a voucher deal; Edinburgh is an expensive place to visit and it can be difficult to find a bargain. We did here though! I thought I knew Edinburgh quite well but was grateful that my sat-nav knew it better. Parking is extremely limited and I'm not sure where the nearest public parking... More

Not sure about this place. I was a lone female and truthfully when I booked in I did not have a safe sense. It turned out ok but I would not stay there again. The parking was away and had to cart luggage about and got completely lost but fair to say that after a day of walking my giro... More

Stayed here on a voucher deal and it was a real bargain! Nice hotel near Haymarket station and close to all amenities. We arrived by car and had pre booked a parking space which is in an underground car park very close to the hotel. Booking is advised as they only have three spaces! We were very warmly welcomed by... Just back after spending an overnight at Brooks Hotel. Great location for Haymarket train station only a 5min walk away. Ideally located for both princess street & royal mile. Great little boutique hotel. Afternoon tea upon arrival on Friday was great in very homely lounge, which contained a well stocked honesty bar. Decent sized king room on 1st floor. Only... More

Stayed here on a wowcher deal and it was an absolute bargain, hotel is situated a few minutes walk from the centre. The room was good and nicely set out both with decor and amenities. The afternoon tea on arrival was a nice touch as was the bottle of Prosecco. The breakfast choice was outstanding and well presented, the 'Breakfast... More

I'm on the fence with Brooks Hotel, the people are lovely, the breakfast is pretty good, but the room was tiny and the hotel is most definitely not the intimate boutique place you might think from the website. It's got lots of rooms and not much in the way of lounge or dining space. That said, it's easy to get... More

My wife and I have just returned from a 2 night Itison deal. The price seemed to good to be true ( and I'm the eternal pessimist) but unfortunately for those who deal in doom and gloom I have nothing but superlatives to use to describe our break. As value for money goes what we paid was a steal. The hotel... More

We stayed one night and were attracted by the price and good reviews. We really liked this hotel and hope to stay there again next time we are in Edinburgh. Car parking was quick and easy in a secure underground car park just behind the hotel. The whole hotel is very clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly.... More

The hotel was within walking distance of the city centre and is very close to Haymarket. The staff were nice and friendly and made for a relaxed stay. The hotel was clean and fresh, the room was nicely decorated and the ensuite facilities whilst small were adequate with an excellent shower. I have to mention the excellent breakfast with plenty...
