Ok, so it's an old building with no air-conditioning but so is my house. I really don't understand any negative reviews about The Cairn as it's clean, comfortable & only 10 minutes walk to Princes Street. Four of us stayed Monday to Wednesday & we paid less than £32 each per night. A great budget hotel.
