Stayed here for a short break last week. Good hotel, ideal for visiting Edinburgh, 2 min. walk from Haymarket Station & bus & tram stops. Room clean & comfortable, nice toiletries provided.Staff friendly & helpful, quick check-in. Breakfast choice excellent, evening meal delicious & good quality. Stayed in main hotel, wouldn't like to stay in Townhouse across the road in... More

Picked this hotel for its location. Easy to get to from the airport by either bus or tram so no need to grab a more expensive taxi. The one thing about staying at a Hilton is you know what you get or at least that's what I thought. The rooms are tired and the hotel is a rabbit warren of... More

stayed in a double deluxe room. Very spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Only downside was a few hairs I found on the pillows on the bed and around the toilet seat. Ate in the restaurant which was also very good but is a rather limited menu. For location would definetly stay again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights on the last weekend of the 2015 Six Nations championship. Getting to the hotel from the airport couldn't be easier with the new tram service but the airport bus would be equally as good and a little cheaper. Staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean but the bathroom needs... More

Stayed for one night end March. Room was poor ,bed was the worsted bed I've slept in, low hard as nails and creeked with every move, if I didn't know better I would say the bed was made from Orange boxs .if this is the quality of a Hilton then I'm staying in a premier inn next time I'm in... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights the week before Christmas. We found the staff friendly and helpful. We had a nice bedroom on the first floor at the front of the main hotel, the bathroom does need updating , our heated towel rail was cold inspite of a warning notice of it being very hot .. Breakfast was... More

My boyfriend treated us to an overnight in Edinburgh just after the new year with us staying at the Grosvenor. First impressions were good, super close to Haymarket station, impressive exterior and friendly staff at reception. The room was lovely, with a gorgeous big bed, however I must say the floor boards were extremely creaky. Thankfully we were on the... More

Good centrally located hotel,Value for money. Clean decent sized room,- Good Breakfast- No complaints. I am mainly writing this review as upon returning home to Aberdeen. I realised I had stupidly left £500 cash in the hotel room safe, I phoned reception hoping for the best, the receptionist was helpful and reassuring. He got the duty manager, luckily no one... More

We stayed at the Hilton Grosvenor overnight. It's only a minutes walk from Haymarket train station and sits just off the main road. We were upgraded to a beautiful room in the "Townhouse" part of the hotel. The room had modern decor with a huge bed and also complimentary water, Pringles and a jar of jelly beans. The evening meal... More
