The only atmosphere was the one created by the very unpleasant sharp odour we noticed immediately we entered our lower ground floor room intended for the disabled. Hotel is in a good location about 25 mins walk from Waverley Bridge or approx £7 taxi ride. It has a bus stop right outside. They will not bend the rules if you turn up early. We arrived at 2.40 and we told we had to wait until 3pm or pay the £10 early check in fee. Exterior very good... more

Being a travelodge and only paying GBP19 for the night we wern't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised.
