This is a really good hotel. I've stayed there a number of times over the years since it first opened in 1990 and seen it in various hotel chain guises. It's Radisson Blu iteration is definitely the best yet. The rooms are very well appointed, clean and comfortable and certainly not 'fraying at the edges'. I stayed there on business and found it to be very clean, with helpful staff and efficient service. The food was very average but still good. I think I would go for something more local if on leisure but still would recommend i when on business. Location is definitely very good and convenient. more

Beautiful very modern decor right in the heart of historic Edinburgh. We had a turret suite overlooking the Royal Mile. Just a few minutes walk from all the top tourist attractions, restaurants,night life and shopping. The staff is exceptional. Can't do enough to make your trip perfect. more

The Radissons is a standard 4 star hotel, smartly turned out, with good service. Its selling point is it’s on the Royal Mile so all attractions are within 10 minutes walk of you and it has car parking.
