Excellent large room with high end finish. Fab breakfast but annoyed I had to pay extra for it. Amazing location and lovely for a weekend stay. V romantic and lovely views from the room. We walked to the train station and Into the city with ease as the location was so central. Went out on the friday which was a... More

Receive deals through the computer for the site ITISON. Saw a deal for an overnight stay at the Radisson Blu in Edinburgh, 2 glasses of prosecco on arrival, parking space paid for and bed and breakfast. £99 instead of £260. Snapped it up for my husband and myself. Checked into the hotel later in the day as had spent the... More

We cannot praise this afternoon tea experience enough (definitely in our top 2 afternoon tea experiences). The staff welcome and service was excellent. We were lucky to be attended to by Nick a very charming young man, who although we could see was very busy took the time the chat and advise us on other options provided (this was our... More

My first visit to Edinburgh was a huge success thanks largely to the Radisson Blu - its location, its wonderful and freindly staff , particularloy Jamie Drummond, David, Sam and Jamie in the Bar. Ideal if a bit pricey! I'll be back!

On the plus side the hotel is situated in the heart of Edinburgh and in the centre for everything. However room basic and disappointing. Lighting very dark and impossible to read or to put make up on. Had to request twice for a free standing make up mirror which eventually did arrive. Breakfast -everything one could ask for but restaurant... More

Cannot beat the location, right on the Royal Mile , access to car park is in Blackfriars St ( one way ) via Cowgate. Reception staff were delightful , very efficient at check in and giving us any essential information Because of membership card 'concierge status', on arrival we were upgraded to a suite, breakfast was included plus free mini... Good location and good sized business room and comfortable beds but most everything else is dated and in need of an upgrade. Eating breakfast here is akin to having a pub meal on a busy Saturday night, noisy and overcrowded. So eat in you room? Good idea if only they collected the breakfast order left out. Staff seem nice but... More

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in this hotel in early April. We had booked a Business Club room, and asked for a bottle of wine for our arrival (late in the evening, btw) As we arrived, we were a little disappointed not to find the bottle and to find a couple of opened bottle of water in a... More

Hotel is in a very good location with easy access to and from Waverly Station (couple of blocks walk). Reception and all employees were extremely nice. The breakfast was a nice. If we ere not jet-lagged, we would have complained about the small room with carpet in poor condition.
