Good: Very helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Close to the Royal Mile and other attractions. Bad: If you're a business traveler, no wi-fi in the rooms except in the lobby. We also didn't get free breakfast on the day we were checking out.

Within easy walking distance of most attractions. Friendly hotel. good value for the price paid. malnly due to location. Twin room small, cramped.though clean. but could do with some redecoration.
