Where do I start...Okay, from the web it looks very inviting with a pool, a spa and rooms with castle views...However in reality, be prepared to pay £50 to get a sauna and jacuzzi. We stayed in this hotel for a long weekend. Staff was nice with check in, but interior rooms is outdated for a 4/5 star. Rooms very dark and the bathrooms were unacceptable old for us. Hall very noisy. Sheraton needs to upgrade this property. One plus: location is fine, down the hill behind the castle. more
