I've recently spent two night at the Sheraton. I have to say that the front office and concierge team were great with suggestions, indications, etc... Can't fault any of them. The hotel needs some refurbishmengt. The bathrooms are old, and the matress complitely distroyed. Overall OK, not sure if I'll go back when in Edinburgh. more
