Very nice, well appointed hotel, good clean modern rooms and staff very attentive. Slightly annoyed that couldn't use the sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pool without paying £30.00 surcharge. Also no heated towel rail to dry your gear after a swim. Hotel bar very nice with good atmosphere and is great location.

Great hotel. Stayed on club floor with castle view - not sure if the view is worth it, but the club floor is! The staff are excellent, the room large and comfortable and the breakfast very adequate. This hotel is right up there wkith the best my wife and I have stayed in.

Amazing hotel and great service, we stayed in Club Room with castle view and it was the best room I have ever had!!! Worth the heavy price and the spa is spectacular!! Especially the rooftop outdoor hot tub! Food amazing and great facilities! No negatives!
