I cannot think of anything negative to say about the hotel - it was wonderful. We got a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel - £3.50 per person, 25 minutes journey. When we arrived the receptionist asked if we wanted a free upgrade to a luxury room - fantastic!! The room was very big with a walk-in wardrobe,... more

We received a warm friendly welcome from the therapist and we booked in for the ocean spa face and body ritual.( one of the recommended signature treatments) I have visited many spas around this area and found this... more

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent two night stay. We were given a upgrade but the room was as stylish as the last time we stayed, would certainly recommend staying here. Great location, staff were more that keen to please and our stay was faultless. Breakfast was good and offered a wide choice and was very fresh. We had a problem with... more

Stayed here for one night on business. Fantastic location and the bus to / from the airport stops very close by. Very attractive hotel, and hotel decorated slightly more interestingly / quirkily than most 4* hotels. Conference was held in the Castle Suite Ballroom - a fantastic room with high ceilings, beautiful decoration and daylight streaming in from the huge... more

I really enjoy staying at the Caley, the staff are friendly and soon get to know you. The Grand building and traditional style mixed with the modern decor in some of the rooms is a really good mix. The location is great at the end of Princes Street and Lothian Road. The Gym and pool are an added extra. I... more

Our stay was marred by the night time noise from Lothian Rd below - racing cars, sirens and drunks tumbling out of discos shouting until the early hours. I Had to buy ear plugs to get some sleep.... more

Dear guest. Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay at the Caley. I regret to hear that the noise from the road kept you awake during parts of the night. Being in a city centre location does have the disadvantage that it can occasionally become quite rowdy, especially over weekends. We will most certainly...
