fantastic host Sue looked after us, drying our clothes on the Aga. she could not do enough. The breakfast was brilliant, nice cosy atmosphere in the dining room sat with the other guests and the dog!! Would recommend this B+B every time

Sue Kinross made us very welcome and we loved it here. Huge breakfast, the only downside, it was middle bacon instead of back, but otherwise loads of cereal, juice, lemonc urd, jam, marmalade erc. In our room, We had really thick towles and flannels, an electric blanket which I used, albeit it June :), Loads of hot water, comfy beds...

Sue Kinross was a wonderful hostess. Her golden retriever Islay was an added attractions since we love dogs. The B&B was clean, well appointed, and within walking distance of downtown Edinburgh. Sue made dinner reservations at two fine restaurants. Her breakfasts were all we needed until dinner. All in all, a great place to visit.
My wife and I have just enjoyed a lovely long weekend in Edinburgh staying at Sue’s guesthouse at 11 Belford Place. The room we had was clean, bright and airy, the shower hot and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great and just what we needed before setting off on big walks around Edinburgh. Add to this the attention...

Sue Kinross has a lovely house set right in the centre of Edinburgh, but you would not know it if you were dropped in blindfold. Its a very peaceful, very quiet and relaxing place 10 mins walk from Princes St one way and Murrayfield the other. And Sue is the perfect hostess. The double room was very comfortable and breakfast...

My wife and I have been to Edinburgh five times and have never stayed in a more hospitible B&B than at Lady Sue Kinross' place. She is a wonderful woman with a super dog and establishes such a warm and friendly atmosphere. Her spacious rooms and clean facilities made for such a plesant trip, we made sure we have stayed...

Just read a review of this place by a lady from Aberdeen which more or less mirrors our experience. I travelled to Edinburgh with my husband in August 2009, to meet up with some old friends to go to the Tattoo and booked into 11 Belford Place. We were met on our arrival by lady kinross who told us that...

Lovely room, huge clean newly upgraded bathroom (apart from the shower which was old, luke warm and pathetic) and bedroom roomy enough and had lots of lovely touches (but a big gap under the door!). The owner had warned us that as she had a bad leg (as she had 4 years ago when we last stayed) breakfast would only...
