Clean and comfortable, friendly helpful people. Very easy to find and in a quiet location. Breakfast is whatever you fancy, you only need to ask. Only 20 minutes walk from Haymarket Station but with frequent buses to the centre of town. The coffee was hot and fresh and plenty of it.

I have not stayed here BUT I booked a room here two months ago. I then emailed them for directions form the airport and offering to pay in advance, they emailed back with directions but I heard nothing further. THe family room was the nicest biggest room I've ever stayed in. Had my parents and aunt along with me & we were all impressed by the room. It was lovely. Good location for the bus to city centre. Wish we could have had breakfast here, but our flight was too early.

We were 6 on our way north to a cycling event in Pitlochry and we chose Martin's to stopover in central Edinburgh on our way north. Very close to all the lovely attractions Edinburgh has to offer, staff made everyone feel very welcoming even the dog its great to see a B&B of such high standard offer the facility allowing us to take our pet on our weekend away.(not adding the cost of kennels) Will definately recommend to our friends and family.
