“Location, Location, LOCATION!”

I can't imagine a better place for location to the Royal Mile and the Waverly Train Station. You literally walk out the door, up the cobblestones, and you are on the Royal Mile and all the hot spots of Edinburgh. We stayed a week, and it was nice to have our luggage in one place, and then do day trips... More

“Great place”

Great apartment and great location. The apartment was spotless, and extremely well laid out. Very close to the Royal Mile and Waverly train station. This was extremely convenient for us as we stayed for 1 week but took 2 day trips to St. Andrews and Stirling from Waverly. Liz was very responsive to all of our needs. Highly recommend.

“We were planning our return before we'd left”

Immaculate flat, with everything needed. Owners were very helpful in advance in helping us plan our journey and stay. Excellent location nestled between the Royal Mile and the Parliament. Will definitely return, and have already discussed our next trip.

Had a fantastic stay here during a 6 Nations weekend. Brilliant location, warm, friendly and accommodating hosts, perfect size.. Thoroughly recommend it and I know it's the first place I will be looking up the next time I pop up to Edinburgh! Thanks again! Graham

“Lovely apartment”

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment is well located, clean, warm and modern. Would also be ideal for family's as it has two bathrooms and all facilities for cooking. Thank you, will stay again if we make another visit to Edinburgh.

“Fantastic Apartment”

We stayed for five nights at Atholl Brae, having taken my parents for their first visit to Scotland. We're glad that we chose the apartment rather than a hotel, as it seemed to suit everybody really well. The owners are extremely helpful and they'll do all they can to assist you. We would definitely rent the apartment again.

“Lovely Flat great location”

Stayed at the apartment for a mid week shopping trip, couldn`t have been better, this was the third year we`ve been and every time it impresses. Liz the owner is very friendly and makes sure the place is always clean and comfortable.

“Lovely Central Apartment”

We had a lovely stay in this well equipped, very clean apartment.Even with the 6 of us (2 adults, 4 kids) it still felt spacious.It was so handy for Princes Street and The Royal Mile in fact for all of Edinburgh and close to the station if you wanted to travel further afield.The parking space is a real asset too... Really lovely. The location is so convenient. The parking was a great bonus as we had a car but it's so convenient for the station too. Flat was lovely and clean and modern. Having two bathrooms was really nice. Would definitely stay again. Thank you
