We stayed in Frederick St and Thistle St and were happy at both places. Jon is very helpful and knowlidgeable about his town. But again like in all places we've stayed in in Scotland the narrow spring mattresses...otherwise we'd certainly give a 5.

Stayed a few weekends ago with friends for a weekend in the Capital. Very spacious and furnished very well. Had everything we needed for the weekend. However Jon did insist if we needed anything to contact him. All members of our party were more than happy and would recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh. We'll definitely use it again.

I stayed in the Fleshmarket Close flat over a weekend - it was perfectly located for the train station and both old and new towns, and fantastic to have so much space for the same price as a hotel room. I'd definitely stay again.

Good location and size. Lots of street noise on Saturday night. Couldn't seem to regulate the heating and concerned that flue from boiler had tape around it. Jacuuzzi bath didn't work. Overall good but could do with a bit of sprucing up.

Thistle Street Loft. This apartment was very nicely furnished and comfortable to stay. Jon was very helpful and quickly orientated us to the apartment. This flat is just perfect size for a young family of 5 - ages 5, 3 and 1. Jon supplied a travel cot. There are stairs to negotiate, but that added to the fun for our wee explorers! It is obviously noisy at 3am, but this is a very small downside to be able to walk to all the attractions.... More

Thrilled with the size and quality of these rooms. Stayed two nights visiting a friend. Location was perfect for shopping only a short walk away to the town and castle. Would stay at this style of hotel/ flat again, it was great with so much freedom to come and go as you please. Found the whole stay an enjoyable one.
