Staff really helpful. Mix up in accomidation when we first booked in and was given a free dinner ticket whilst the room was sorted out. Dinner really nice with plenty of selection. Room was clean although basic. Breakfast excellent. Will certainly stay here again.

Avoid at all costs. What a rip off. Room was clean, service non existent. Sleep was impossible due to noise from slamming doors other guests and a noisy toilet that staff did nothing to fix. If you like to dine in a refectory with hundreds of children then this is the hotel for you!!!. Have still to find the 3 cafes and 2 restaurants. Quality of the breakfast... More

The only problem is the lack of free wifi, however, it's a great hotel! The breakfast is just incredible.
