We stayed here for one night as we were flying from Edinburgh. The location was perfect - right between the airport and the city. The owner was very welcoming and not only booked us taxis but told us where the best places were to get the bus back into the city so that we could enjoy a bit of the... More

I stayed here for 2 nights in the double room with En-suite and don't understand why it has bad reviews! The owner gave us bus information on arrival which we found really useful. She showed us to our room which was very clean and spacious, with the double bed, a single bed, large mirrored wardrobes, a tv with dvd player,... More

Not as bad as some make out, clean enough, the breakfast is not cooked but you know that.Owners were nice with us.We did not like the beds because we are spoiled by the one we have at home.To be honest if this was costing about £30 that would be fine, but because it was Edinburgh and festival time, and no where else to stay... I stayed here for one night. Cost me 50 pounds. There is a shared bathroom. This place is closer to the Edinburgh Airport than other hotels. Breakfast was a cold one: 2 fruit cups, 2 juice boxes, box of milk, two packets of cheese, two croissants. Since I was only staying for one night, it was good for my needs.

We were asked to pay as soon as we had crossed the threshold and then told that we would be staying in the 'annexe' and would have use of our own 'lounge'. Our accommodation was effectively 'tacked on' to the garage. This 'lounge' was a lean-to conservatory with a corrugated plastic roof. The carpets were stained and peeling off the... More

We stayed there for one night. Had a room on the first floor. The room was very very cramped with no space to move about, we had to be sitting on the bed all the time. The common bathroom and toilet was probably bigger than our room. We checked in at noon and was given the breakfast for next morning... More
