A large group of us rented 3x3bedroom apartments and 1x1 bedroom apartments. They were spotless and could not fault anything. The place you collect your key is where you can store your luggage prior to or after arriving. The water was a slight problem last one in the shower had cold water. Excellent location. more

Worse place I ever stayed. Staff utterly contemptible. They took money out of my credit card without my authorisation and when confronted very aggressive and arrogant. Would not recommend this place at all. Very hostile place to stay and the st. Giles as a street is not safe. more

Overall the accommodation was quite acceptable although the price was a little high. The location was a little deceptive as it was listed as High St (next to the key pick-up) however was actually about 1km down the road...still on the Royal Mile; kind of....at any rate the location where we stayed was still close to everything and was fine... more
