Just back from a lovely overnight stay. Liz was extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was nice, very clean and had good facilities. The breakfast was great with a selection of fresh fruit and a full Scottish Breakfast. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Edinburgh.

Edinburgh is expensive to stay in but finding this B&B was great. Liz is very laid back which meant unlike many B&Bs we were able to enjoy a much apprciated long lie. Breakfast was lovely and the house was so quiet. Great value and will be back for sure. Thank you!

We have stayed here several times in the past few years. It is a lovely house and the accommodation is good value for money. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and Liz always makes you feel most welcome. The breakfasts are just fantastic!

Liz gave us a genuine warm welcome and her house is a very comfortable and homely. I loved having fresh milk served in dainty jugs stored in a mini fridge on the landing instead of 'artificial' milk for tea and coffee in our room.
