As stated in a previous review this is student accommodation, but the standard was very high, we had no complaints about the studio, except the bed was quite small for two people and took some getting used to. We stayed in the apartments for a long weekend and while the basics were OK there were some problems to be aware of. The apartments are only rented out for 2 months a year and for the rest of the year these are student apartments so they are functionally minimal.
