We stayed from Saturday to Tuesday. The staff were very friendly with excellent service. We visited the partner hotel across the road to eat at the restaurant, we would highly recommend eating at the Skerries restaurant, the steak was amazing. The breakfast at the Dunstane City Hotel had a wide variety of food available, all of which was very tasty.... More

We just got back from our stay at Dunstane City for a long weekend break in Edinburgh and couldn't have been happier with our choice. It was excellent value with invaluable free parking. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and we were made to feel very welcome. The boutique style of the hotel was a welcome change from the... More

Long weekend in Edinburgh and Dunstane was recommended by a friend. Outside the City Centre, but very clean, modern space with huge rooms. Definitely get the Breakfast Rate - blood pudding and haggis are available, but the bacon and scrambled eggs are pretty good. Right across the street from the bus stop into town (take the 12, 31, or 26... More

Our second stay in this Hotel: The Staff were very friendly and helpful (we changed our booking over email a few days before we went). The lady that checked us in (early check-in at 11.30 am, free of charge) took us right to our room and told that we had been given an upgrade the first night. This room was... More

After reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and seeing a decent deal on Late Rooms we decided to book for a night we were down in Edinburgh. Managed to get 50% off the price but didn't want to justify paying over £10 each for the breakfast. We arrived at 3pm so got a parking space ok, there is around space at... More

This beautifully appointed Hotel is ideally located a short and pleasant walk from the city centre in one direction and even within walking distance of the zoo in the other direction. For those less perambulation inclined there is onsite parking and access in or out of Edinburgh on a major link road to take you deeper into the beautiful Scottish... More

We (family with 3 kids) stayed for two nights. Hampton Terrace is the main road from the aiport to the city centre: perfect to reach the city centre (bus 31), but busy day and night (not very quiet). We startet our visit to Scotland with a rented car: Thrifty/Dollar-Rent a car city office is just 5 Minutes walk away, so... More

We had booked a superior room, which was located on the ground floor, beside the main door. The room was fantastic. It was sumptuous, with an enormous en-suite, jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. The bed was extremely comfy. The room was extremely clean with lovely furnishings. All staff in the hotel were very friendly and professional and helpful. We... More
