We had a lovely one-night stay at this B&B. Marion and her husband are incredibly kind, and really helpful. Our room was very nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was absolutely great! It's located close to the center (20 min walk max). More

This was the first time we have ever stayed in a bed and breakfast and it was wonderful. Norman and Marion, the owners, make you feel like family. The room was beautiful and the bathroom even has a heated towel rack. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I felt like I was at home. Marion even set us up to... More

We spent two nights in a double en-suite room, homely, clean and with a big shower. And a so comfortable bed! The bedroom is provided with all the stuff for the bath and the tea/coffee making facilities and playing cards too! The bedroom was full of attention to details. We ate a full Scottish breakfast, hearty and delicious! Warm welcome... More

Don’t judge a book by its cover, Browns doesn’t have much to offer simply by looking at the front door BUT go inside. The rooms are very well appointed and very comfortable. The bed and all the furniture looked new and the on suite was fine. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the room being at the back of... More

Myself and my husband stayed here for 2 nights during the tattoo/fringe on recommendation from my parents. The location is fantastic, it is literally a 10 minute walk to Princess Street with plenty of restaurants and pubs along Leith Walk. We ate at Vitorria's Italian restaurant across the road from the B&B, which I would highly recommend. The parking outside... More

This was the cleanest & neatest place we stayed in two weeks of traveling around Ireland & UK-- and we stayed in 11 places. Marion and her husband was very nice and welcoming. There was "extras" like cotton balls, tissues, etc, besides Wii-Fi. The location is also great for walking to the attractions. We had to leave very early for... More
