To me Travelodge represents affordable but basic accommodation and the Haymarket in Edinburgh to me lives up to this. Basic, functional and good price - if you book early enough. We paid £35 a night which is good for late spring in edinburgh. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food OK. It's a quiet location, too. And handy for haymarket Rail station and buses to the airport & city centre. more
