I went away with my husband for a few days. excellent guest house. comfortable beds, good range of food at breakfast. Very helpful owner. She suggested attractions to visit & places to eat. Highly recommend to anyone planning on visiting Dundee.

We stayed at Aberlaw for 5 nights just before Christmas 2013. The festive lights on the tree in the front window were very welcoming, as was the host, Linda. The room we had was spacious and very comfortable. It was great to have a sofa to relax on in the evenings. Our room was cleaned everyday and tea and coffee... More

6 of us stayed here - we all agreed that all B&Bs should be like this. Warm and comfy rooms, plenty of extra bedding if you like sleeping under a heavy cover, and a marvellous breakfast. The landlady was great fun and came to chat to us when we returned from work. She was extremely easy-going and didn't mind us... More

We stayed for eight nights and we were warmly welcomed by Linda. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. Linda recommended us a few places to eat in the evening and they were good. If I visit Dundee again, I will certainly try the Aberlaw first.

The rooms had a lovely interior and also had a bathtub. The host was extremely friendly and gave us a lot of tips about what to do in the area. It was also possible to pay vie credit card, which was rare on our journey. The B&B is situated on the main road to the city center, so it takes... More

I stayed at Aberlaw in late May when I travelled up to Dundee for a conference. I received a warm welcome from Linda (the owner of the Aberlaw) and on arrival she upgraded me from a small single room to a much larger twin room, as it happened to be empty on the night that I arrived - a really... I stayed for 4 nights and received a warm welcome from the owner, Linda. My ensuite room was comfortable and spotless. I had continental breakfast (cooked available from 07.30) as I left too early. Aberlaw is close to the town centre with private parking. I would recommend a visit.
