Stayed with Mrs R. for one night, very clean with good sized room. Ate in the adjoining Bell Tree, good menu, not too expensive with very attentive staff. Breakfast was good too, shop across the road was handy. Would certainly recommend but just a bit far out from Dundee city centre but very comfortable stay all-round.

Large spacious rooms, most comfortable bed ever for a great nights sleep, it as nice qnd high and felt like a fairytale bed with the giant quilt. Parking was great and staff were friendly. Room was spacious and very comfortable and modern. We had a nice stay and would surely stay again. parking was not a problem and staff were friendly and helpful.

We stay at this Hotel every year from Boxing Day until New Years Eve, the rooms are cleaned daily, the staff are pleasent and helpful, I love staying at this Hotel every year. The bed is comfortable.
