Stayed 1 night in a small twin bedded room , the tv couldnt be watched from bed because the beds were not facing it. Felt we couldnt move as the room was so small. The decor is clean and tea and coffee tray basic in room. The a4 sheet of rules and regulations was bit over the top. The bathroom was... More

We stayed here one night after our visit to St. Andrews and on our last night in Scotland. It was the first stable internet access we have had since we touched down ten days prior. The bathroom IS private--it is locked with a key that only the keyholder can access. It is not attached directly to your room but your... More

Stayed for one night 15/4/2014. Very warm welcome from the owner Paula who was extremely helpful. As other reviewers have stated this guest house is under new management and freshly decorated to a high standard with lots of little special touches. Very comfortable beds, and the separate private bathroom on the first floor was spotless. Google maps states that this... More

We had a lovely stay at this B&B. The host (Paula) was a fount of local knowledge. Breakfast was actually too much, some of our fellow guests were unable to finish the Feast that was placed before them. Our Bedroom was most comfortable, and both it and the en suite were spotlessly clean. We would not hesitate to stay there... More

Stayed for one night on 6/9/13. Had a lovely welcome. Our double room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and after a good nights sleep the breakfast was really good. Plenty of choice. Will be back for sure.

PLEASE IGNORE ALL REVIEWS PRIOR TO APRIL 2013 FOR THE FERRY GUEST HOUSE. This is because it came under new ownership in April 2013 and the new owner has completely renovated the property. It is now in immaculate condition and has been tastefully decorated throughout. We (a group of 4) stayed here on 6th and 7th August 2013. The booking... More

Stayed here for a night as we were attending a party in Broughty Ferry. Booked the night before and so got it fairly cheap (£40 for a double) but no breakfast (as seems to be the trend now). Room was basic but adequate. Lucky to get an ensuite room. Good location for the Ferry and a major bonus was private... More

This guest house is in the outskirts of Dundee, a short walk from several restaurants. The triple room we had booked was big but quite old and not as clean as we would have liked. The bathroom was small, inside the room. The staff we talked to wasn't very friendly. Breakfast was not included in the price, it's an option... More

Dear Readers, After analyzing our CCTV recordings in addition to the statement regarding the two reviews from the guests Ferrol&Bulnesx we can now add the following: the guests in question are/were unhappy because they asked a breakfast on the morning of their departure and we weren't able to serve them. As we don't store products in our house we kindly... More
