the size of the ensuite double room was fine. clean. unfortunately the tv did not face the front of the bed. the cooked breakfast was apalling. My wife and I stayed here on our trip to Scotland at the start of august 2007 and it wasnt a very pleasent experience. If you are thinking of booking this hotel on a website that describes it as "a mile from the city centre" or "a mile from the Caird Hall", then be aware that you are being misinformed. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city and is 2.7 miles from Caird Hall in the city centre and 2.5 miles drive... more

We spent one night here. It was a bit shabby. Room was small though everything worked. Had a bar and restaurant, which we did not use.
