Stayed here for 1 night on business, the journey from leeds was pretty long and i really appreciated the HUGE bed to crash out on. The room was perfect, huge telly, clean wooden floors (much nicer than carpets), the bathroom was nice with seperate bath and shower.
The food was of a high quality, had evening meal and breakfast.

Stayed 5 nights - lovely room, very spacious and immaculately clean.
Lifts were out of order 4 of these 5 days and so had to use the service lfit - grubby (why didn't they get it cleaned as most guests had to use it?)

Our room #429 was a nice clean room overlooking the city Quay, which in my opiinion did not have the breath taking view as previous reviews suggested, but it sure was better than overlooking a parking lot. The staff were friendly. The meals in the dining room were adequate.
