Overall a pleasant experience - initially given a room on the noisy side but cheerful receptionist moved us without fuss. Only issue is that the hotel generally looks as if it could do with a complete makeover. Good value, though on our special rate of £72 + £10 each for breakfast. more

This is my 3rd visit to the Apex Dundee and I've really enjoyed each one. This time I went for the Junior Suite and although the bedroom area was a bit small for my liking, the bathroom was stunning and it was great to have a couch. I recently stayed in this hotel whilst spending the weekend in Dundee. It's easily walkable from the train station, which was great for us, and is in a superb position overlooking the quay and within 10 minutes of the town centre.
