We stayed at the hotel for four nights and thought it to be excellent value. We did not upgrade because the room we were allocated on the second floor was modern, clean and very comfortable. We had no problems with parking or noise from the casino at the back of the hotel. The restaurant has splendid views across the Tay... more

on arrival hotel is really beautiful and staff are friendly, the normal from the hilton. we were v dissapointed with the room though (twin bedroom, not a luxury suite). we overlooked the car park, which wasnt nice. had to also pay for parking. Room was stuffy, and window didnt open very far. bathroom had tiles missing and shower was cheap... more

The hotel was ok. Not great, horrible view from room 107. Difficult to park in hotel car park due to spaces taken up with onsite casino/gym - little/no room for actual guests. Dinner and Breakfast SUPERB. Staff friendly but useless when encountered with problem. Main problem comes with debit/credit card they take on check-in. I was informed my bank a/c... more

We had a very good deal staying for the weekend so disn't want to complain too much - if we had paid the "rack rate" we would have felt robbed! Food was very "hit and miss" and the sevice although friendly was very slow and chaotic at times. A visit by Gordon Ramsay might be in order! more

Check in was a very pleasant experience as was our stay. The room was clean and well maintained the beds were very... more

I stayed here for two nights while up for a wedding. Its not a very pretty spot in the car park from the casino and next to the leisure centre. The other side is pretty though, a nice view of the bridge and the river. We ate dinner in the hotel and the food was OK although the service was... more

Despite its appearance from the outside, the Hilton Dundee is a superb Hotel set at the banks of the Tay, 5 mins walk from the rail station. Check in fast and friendly, my room was on the 4th floor facing the River, refurbished to a typical Hilton high standard, with ensuite, remote TV, writing desk, coffee & tea....and very quiet.... more

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Globus tour. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were cozy and clean. We stayed in room 108 and it was quiet and we had no problems with it. The hotel is in a good location and we enjoyed our breakfast the next morning. more
