Coming from the far South West, we always use Moffat (a great little town) as a stopping off point en route to the islands. We've now stayed with Paul and Denise four or five times. They are most welcoming and provide a wonderful standard of service. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the breakfasts are excellent. Queensbury House is a... More

Had the opportunity to visit friends up past Glasgow and a stop over at Queensberry House was once again the perfect place to rest my weary head! There was no need to consider anywhere else, in fact it was a no brainer! Paul and Denise were hospitable as always and everything was at its usual high standards! I cannot fault... More

First night of our honeymoon. Paul and Denise were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast is gorgeous. Moffat is the ideal stop over point for travelling to the Outer Hebrides from Cornwall. We arrived late due to traffic delays but our hosts were very patient. The room was nicely decorated and we especially liked the text from our... More

Stayed one night on way home from highlands. Beautiful house and great breakfast and nothing too much trouble for the owners. Ground floor bedrooms which was a bonus and a lovely guest lounge. Provided with tea and cake on arrival which was very welcome after a long trek from Aviemore on a very hot day.
