This is a lovely little place to stay, with a lovely warm welome. It has a nice homely feel to it, so you relax almost straight away. The breakfast was lovely and all freshly cooked, and nothing was too much trouble. This is my second stay here and i'll certainly be back again.

stayed on my last night in gretna green and was a great spend. In total I paid around £55. For a double room and breakfast was included. The room was nicely decorated although was small was ideal for just 1 eve or good if your planning on venturing out and about as I did. would stay again.

Ideally placed to wonder too the 'Famous' blacksmiths' or to the modern outlet centre. Anne is a lovely host and a joy to chat with. Bedroom clean and comfortable. Will certainly stay again on our next visit.

Stayed one night and this is a very good B&B with plenty of off road parking. Stayed in room 1 which is a double room with spacious en suite bathroom although the bathroom window is just inches from the owners back door into their garden. Very comfy bed and free WiFi. Breakfast has to be chosen night before (cereal and... More

After a hectic couple of days, Getting Married at the Mill Forge, and being the Wedding Couple in the carriage carrying the Baton in the Queens Baton Relay, with Actress Ashley Jensen, being on TV and in all the press, it was bliss to retreat to Carolyns lovely home for some quiet time. Sooo pretty from the outside, 'Prince Charlie's... More

Came up for a wedding and booked 3 out of the 4 rooms between our party. We couldn't fault it. The owner was lovely and friendly and you felt you could really relax in the comfortable rooms. Definitely recommend.

I stayed here on a business trip passing through. Its a lovely cottage B&B so hence Cottage & B&B its not a hotel. It was good enough for my needs and Caroline the owner was very friendly and very helpful.

Satisfied that value for money was obtained. Smallish room and ensuite but breakfast adequate and service friendly. Quite well positioned relative to main road but quiet. Might consider returning to this B and B
