We booked this pleasant B&B as they accept dogs and had good feedback. This was our first trip with the dog involving an overnight stay so were a little apprehensive. All worked out well. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, the breakfast was great. I would recommend, we were travelling from Northamptonshire to Mull and the small diversion in... More

We stopped in Dumfries on our way from France to the Isle of Skye. The rooms are nice and the beds very comfortable. We'd like to thank our hostess for the piece of advice she gave us for our dinner, the pub she advised was really nice. We'll recommend Glenlossie to our friends. The breakfast was very nice.

After a few quite disappointing experiences with B and B in the Lake District we were very happy with Glenlossie. They even reduced the price if the room because the web booking company allocated us a more expensively priced room. The breakfast was excellent. Couldn't ask for more.

The rooms are of a high standard and the beds are very comfy, we always sleep very well not to mention the cosy duvet. The shower... More

We only stayed for one night, the room was very comfortable with a very nice shower room and the B & B was within walking distance of the town centre. The breakfast was very good and the owners were very nice

As the title of this review says, you really can't go wrong staying here. 3 of us stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting relatives. The welcome is warm, the rooms are excellent with modern en-suite facilities and, important to me at least, the Wi-Fi is excellent (3 routers means no matter where you are in the building the signal... We've been visiting this beautiful part of the UK on a yearly basis for many years now and every time we have chosen the Glenlossie Guest House. We always receive a warm welcome, the rooms are well furnished and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing and really sets you up for the day. Thanks again and we'll see you next year.
