We stayed just one night but wish it had been more. We were a party of 3 with my elderly Mum, who was very happy in the beautiful downstairs double room while we had the larger upstairs one. We had a jacuzzi in ours (but no shower) and Mum had a wonderful walk-in shower. Because we were using both the... More

My niece and I were blown away by the beauty & hospitality that Tom & Sue showered on us by sharing their lovely B&B. I had never been to Scotland and they set the bar high for my entire trip there. Every morning our day was started off with a delightful homecooked scrumptious breakfast with great conversation with Sue and... More

My aunt and I were blessed to spend our vacation in Scotland in this beautiful B&B. Sue and Tom were the warmest and friendliest of hosts. After only a few days they made us feel like family, sharing early morning conversation, offering travel tips, recommending places to eat (Casa Mia is definitely worth the trip into town!), and even going... First of all let me say that Sue and Tom are two warm and friendly hosts. They make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive and Tom is more than glad to explain about the things going on at the farm. The rooms and the guest areas are spotlessly clean. We stayed for one night in the Garden Room... More

I am very glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us, we enjoyed looking after you. I am sorry to hear that the floor disturbed you. The floor above the downstairs bedroom does creak a little when someone walks on it in a certain area. The floor is insulated and was only built in 2006. I appreciate your comments,... More

The location is stunning and with a warm welcome from Sue and Tom we knew we'd made the right choice. Contemporary elegance, relaxing and spotless. We stayed in the Den - enjoyed a wonderful jacuzzi bath - slept like a log in a very comfy bed and woke up to a beautiful Dumfries sunrise view from our window. Breakfast was... More
