Despite getting off to a rough start - we arrived at about 6pm and the hosts had no notice of our booking - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Once our booking was confirmed as accurate, it was all hands on deck to have our room readied and we were in within half an hour, and enjoying our complimentary chocolates!... More

I recently returned to this guest house with my elderly Mother, having had a great time before and finding nothing had changed. The welcome was warm and friendly, the food was excellent and of the best quality, the rooms were modern and very clean with all mod cons. After the first night I returned to my car to find that... We had a wonderful time at this B&B. Sarah, the owner could not have done a better job. She greeted us upon arrival and was always available if we needed anything. She even took the time to make gluten free bread for me. The B&B is very charming and in a good location with a lovely view of the bay.... More

Friendly woman who knows and loves the area. Lovely comfortable room with a gorgeous view of the bay. Clean and tidy rooms with a bathroom. Plenty of windows. The location is up a steep hill but it is worth the steps and is so central to Oban itself. The breakfasts were gorgeous I definitely recommend the highland breakfast or the... More

A lovely Victorian bed & breakfast, with amazing views of Oban Bay. The owner was very warm and welcoming, we had wonderful service and a great breakfast. It was the perfect distance to walk to the "coliseum" after dinner on the bay. All in all, a great gem!

We stayed at roseneath for three nights and cannot fault it. The room was comfortable and the bed was very sturdy. Breakfast was excellent every morning. The owner was welcoming, provided excellent advice on things to do and helped make our stay even more memorable.
