Excellent value,staff very helpful and friendly,sevice fantasic.Beds not very comfortable otherwise no faults.Spa great,would certanly come back more
This was my second time staying at the Oban Bay. First time was for a wedding, it was so good I brought my girlfriend for a weekend away. Staff were second to none, food was excellent it was just a shame about the weather but it is Scotland in October after all. No doubt I will return. more

We were made very welcome from the minute we crossed the threshold, staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a fabulous meal in the dining room, which was pleasantly relaxed, we had kids with us who were exceptionally well catered for by the kitchen. Ewan would come back for the Haggis!! We've stayed in most of the hotels in Oban and the Oban Bay is definitely the best around! Great location with stunning views over Oban Bay. We always stay here whenever we visit Oban. more

we arrived at 3.30pm on A friday having driven for 4 hours to get there. we were told that rooms were not ready and that we should sit somewhere and wait. We are staying in one of the junior suites - the room is beautiful and we booked ours on Crerars own web site only a few days ago at considerably less than the hotel were quoting direct. we visited this hotel just for a trip in the october holidays but we knew we would defenetly visit it again.the hotel includes amazing fetures expessially the food it was so amazing we had a chat with the cook and told him it was one of the best meals we had and even the breakfast i dont know how these... more

We were looking for a cheap Spa Getaway and found this hotel on LateSpaUK. It cost £155 for 2 ppl, inc Breakfast and Dinner, 1full length treatment each and full use of the spa facilities. This hotel is not disabled friendly at all, steps everywhere. OK there is a lift, but there are steps up to it! There are about 10 parking spaces on site, but these have to be reserved and paid for; other than that you need to park on the road side up the street. The beds are not comfortable, and the... more
