This is a great wee place and Edna the owner is a great host! they have been doing it a long time and that experience shows. Oban is not a cheap place to stay. But this offers reasonable value for money at £35 a head for a twin room, and a good breakfast. Beware of the surrounding B&Bs as they... More

We stayed at Dana Villa in late June for 3 nights & couldn't have wished for a friendlier place to stay! Our room (No.6) was family size, very clean, .with a lovely, modern en-suite bathroom & a comfortable bed. Breakfast was well cooked & there was always a good choice of fruit & cereal, on top of the full Scottish... More

Centrally located with parking available nearby this is a comfortable and clean place to stay although our room was quite small. Very nice family atmosphere and lovey breakfast. For one night it was a good choice but if staying longer the room might feel a little cramped.

We recently spent 2 nights in a family room..lovely clean house and very welcoming family environment..room slightly cramped and only window looked out to a wall making the room very dark ...furnishings average but had thought of everything hair drier iron and ironing board...toiletries would have been a nice touch...good hospitality tray..bedding was spotless but looked tired..and carpet could do... Had originally booked st annes. It was disgusting so ledt there and found this lovely clean place to stay. The host was very nice and you can tell its a loving family home. The room was big with lots of space and everything was very clean. If you are looking for somewhere close to town, car park, swimming pool or... More

Just finished the second of two 3-night stays over the last couple of weeks, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had a single room on the ground floor of the building (which is perfectly located with ample parking nearby (you do have to pay between 9.00am and 6.00pm but it's free overnight). The location is, as I... More

Yeah, our original B&B overbooked and our "host" walked us down the street to this place, with vacancy. The guy seemed rather disinterested and indifferent to our presence, I guess he must get a lot of "overflow" or something. Our room was fine, the bathroom had been recently remodeled and was nice, but the bed was pretty uncomfortable, unfortunately. I... More

Attractive room, had its own bathroom, good location. There was a mix-up with reservations with the B&B we originally booked. Dana Villa was very close and we were tired and needed a room. I don't know if we got the best rate. We were not in a position to negotiate. It was more expensive than the B&B we originally booked.... More
