This place classes itself as luxury accommodation and it most certainly is. The room are large (no huge) and very well appointed. The views from the room across the loch are splendid. We made use of the corporate membership of the spa in the hotel next door and effectively had the hotel facilities as well those provided by Howard but... More

Beautiful building, Howard is a very genial and helpful host. Bakes his own bread and the breakfast was all one could ask for. Conveniently located and comfortable with a great bed and linen and stunning views of Loch Fyne and the hills beyond. A five star BnB at 4 star prices. Highly recommended.

Spent 3 nights here with Friends. Very warm welcome from Howard and his wife. Very peaceful and lovely view of Loch Fyne from the bedroom window. Great service. A big thank you to Howard, who was nice enough to drive me back to Glasgow airport to catch my flight to Paris as there were no taxis available on my day... More

Stayed 1 night (Sun 8 Jun) - Strathmore. Beautiful house located just outside the town. Perfectly peaceful with stunning views across Loch Fyne. Large room, tastefully decorated with well equipped en suite. Very comfortable large bed. Good quality linen. Everything very clean. Full Scottish breakfast, freshly prepared to order - kippers the best I've had (and scotch pancakes too!!) Howard... More

We spent our first night in Scotland at this B & B and then hoped that the rest of our accommodation would be this good! A lovely warm welcome from Howard who took us to our beautiful room, Strathmore. It was very large, warm and comfortable with a lovely ensuite and a view over the Loch. Howard recommended a couple... Stayed for one night, visiting from France. We had 2 lovely rooms, both very comfortable and cosy, one of them with lovely views of the loch and the beautiful garden. Howard gave us a warm welcome, giving us plenty of information on the area, where to go for dinner, what to do tomorrow etc. Breakfast was tasty, plenty of options,... More

We booked Rudha-Na-Craige mainly on the strength of the website, which portrays it as a luxurious guesthouse in a country house environment (and the many positive reviews on TA). We were hoping that the very steep rate of £95 pn would be consistent with the highest possible standards of comfort and service. On arrival, the building does look impressive from... More

We spent two nights at this excellent B&B with stunning views over Loch Fyne. This is a beautiful home with lovely, spacious and clean rooms. Being situated on the banks of Loch Fyne at the south end of Inveraray Rudha-Na-Craige provides unimpeded views and a quiet location. Howard was a most welcoming and informative host - highly recommend this B&B!

After a last minute booking and a long drive back from Skye, we were delighted by the welcome from Howard and especially after showing us to our amazing room (Cairngorm Suite). The room was HUGE, very comfortable and recommend a bubble bath overlooking the Loch. Howard also cooks a tasty breakfast and the Full Scottish cannot be passed up. Susan... More
