With two friends, we have been in this very nice and peaceful B&B, end of October 2015. Warm, confortable, clean and a very nice breakfast ! Nice hospitality and warm welcome. It was great to be there.

Stayed with Fiona and their family at Claonairigh on two occasions whilst travelling to Islay. A very friendly welcome in a beautiful location combined with clean and tidy rooms with good shower and the usual tea and coffee facilities. Had an excellent rest before continuing my journey. Fiona has provided local information for those that have the opportunity to stay... More

We had originally booked for three nights but due to a death in the family, we had to cut our stay short to one night. Fiona was so incredibly understanding and although our stay was fleeting, we thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and tranquility of Claonairigh House. Our small dog Lily, was also made welcome and nothing was too much... More

A very welcoming cup of tea and home-made cake was an excellent refuge on my cycle from Lands End to John O'Groats. Having enjoyed the sights and tourist bustle of Inverary Claonairgh may seem a little isolate ("just a mile through the woods" to the local Bistro) but Fiona kindly offered a lift if needed. Secure storage for my bike... More

I stayed at this house by chance, after spotting the sign from the road. Situated a couple of miles from Inverary. The owner was friendly, helpful and took my breakfast order for the next day (a range of options, including freshly baked bread!) I was lead to a twin room at the top of the house, which turned out to... More

We booked the two twin rooms for our family of four and it was wonderful! Fiona greeted us warmly and had left a plate of cake and biscuits in case we were hungry. The farm animals were fun (rooster crows at 3:30 pm) and the dogs were very friendly. We would love to go back and stay again!

We had one double room and one twin room for one night, and our stay was wonderful. We have been welcome with a lot of attention, the rooms were nice and the location great. Inveraray is a pretty town to visit.
