Stayed at the loch fyne hotel on the 6th Feb and could not fault it. The views over the loch are amazing. The room we had was lovely and clean. Mussels were great no finger bowl tho or bred to soak up the lovely juice Fillet steak burnt had to return replacement 20min later fine No teaspoons at breakfast or soupspoon with dinner had to ask for 1 And over charged on check out Need to pay more attention to detail more

Having read the website we were expecting something special but we were slightly disappointed. The welcome at reception wasnt really welcoming more perfunctory.
