The location on Loch Fyne is lovely, and we had excellent fresh seafood. The service however was pretty poor, we had 4 waiters asking the same things and none of them delivering what was needed. The bathroom was not very clean (don't you hate seeing the previous occupant's hair sticking to a tile in the bath??), and when I politely... More

Stopped here on our travel back home to Newcastle after attending a wedding in Tarbert. Perfect light lunch and an afternoon tea, just what we need. If we are back in the area we would love to stay and dine here. The views alone are worth the trip.

We stayed here two nights on our tour of the highlands, we where not expecting much but really we where pleasantly surprised with the rooms that we where given, as they where really nice, with the best views ever. This hotel had everything that you could ever want and more, jacuzzi, steam room, and a hot tub, there is quite... More

Nice room but the food was amazing, the surf & turf (steak & half a lobster) was out off this world, my wife's langoustine & my stornoway benedict starter were fantastic, worth a visit even if it's just for the food

Spent 2 nights at the loch fyne hotel & spa, arrived early evening to a warm welcome from the receptionist. Booked a twin room which was very nice. On the first night we had a lovely meal in the restaurant, food & service were fantastic. There was a coach of Italian tourist in the restaurant but the staff were on... More

Stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of our trip around Scotland. Inveraray is a very picturesque town on the banks of Loch Fyne and this hotel is ideally located a five minute walk from the town itself. Our room was large and well furnished with a partial view of the loch. The spa was very good, with pool,... More

On arriving at the hotel as a treat for my birthday with my mum we checked in at the reception. Our room wasn't ready until 3pm but we decided to have afternoon tea which was lovely and then head to our treatments which were booked for 2pm. We were not told where to go and went through to the pool... More

To be honest, we stayed here only because we couldn't find anywhere else to stay. It was a pricy room, at 180 pounds a night. Compared with our other accommodations in the Highlands which were at lower prices, this one is just average in terms of room size, facilities and view (car park view).

Stayed for one night. The food was great and restaurant very nice. Room well equipped. When the shower is on it floods the floor. This is my only complaint. Otherwise I thought the view was stunning, great staff and nice bar. In fact, I have chosen this venue for my wedding reception.

Lovely country style hotel with a wonderful view over Loch Fyne. Rooms were quite basic but clean and bed very comfy!! The food was delicious. We enjoyed the seafood which is a speciality.. Mussels one night. Langoustines another and the Loch Fyne chowder was to die for. Staff were delightful and helpful. Most were Eastern European and they take a... More
