Our Monday to Friday trip to Scotland was part of an anniversary break, and we were looking forward to good accommodation at the very least; but the moral of the tale seems to be: do not book to stay at this hotel through Expedia or any other booking service (which does not specify the difference in standards between rooms etc.)... more

Thank you for taking the time to complete your recent review, I am dissapointed that you did not enjoy your room during your overnight stay with us. Not all bedrooms are the same size or shape in the hotel however there is certainly no excuse if there are cleaning issues, An area that I will certainly be addressing with housekeeping....

We had a lovely weekend at The Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa - all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful, the spa facilities were excellent and the food was very good value. We can't fault this hotel. The location is also superb, with beautiful views out to Loch Fyne and on the edge Inverary, which... more

Upon arrival we went to our 'executive family room' only to find that our childs sofa bed was not even made up , no sheets available in the room and when we opened up the bed we found the matress had mutiple areas of blood stains. I went to reception to express my concern about this. We were given another... more

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite having our second night greatly disturbed by a totally plastered female guest who kept banging on a bedroom door opposite for some considerable time in the small hours. Everything dealt with by the staff, especially the young duty manager on the Sunday morning who waived our whole Saturday bill. The general manager 'phoned on the... more

We stayed the weekend of the 24/25th October but have to disagree with the other reviewer staying at the same time. It tries to position itself as a boutique hotel but is painfully let down by basic staff training and operational issues. It could be a great hotel. What is right about it: It has a beautiful location situated beside... more

I stayed at this hotel for 2 night the weekend of the 24th October and it was lovely. The weather was awful (I think it stopped raining for half an hour the whole weekend) but the hotel was beautiful. Our room was very basic though and could have down with a bit of updating as could my friends that I... more

We stayed in this hotel over the weekend of the 24/25th October to celebrate a friends 60th Birthday. Originally made the booking before reviewing the hotel on this site and was very wary of what we would find as a result of the reviews we read. However we need not have worried, we had the set meals on two nights... more
