Maggie's B & B was easy to find in an excellent location on the shore of Loch Fyne. The rooms were bright, well furnished and scrupulously clean. By far the best part of the stay was the warm and friendly welcome we received from Maggie & Alistair. Nothing seemed too much trouble. They helped us enormously in arranging a trip... More

From the outset Maggie and Alistair made us feel so welcome. The accommodation was great and the view outstanding but best of all was the warm welcome we received which continued until we left 2 nights later. Maggie and Alistair made a very difficult time for us incredible, Sorting a boat-trip for us to get as close to the island... More

I Was fortunate to stay at Maggie's for a few nights while I was in the area and I must say what a wonderful b&b Maggie runs. The friendlyness and hospitality was fantastic and made my short stay a very enjoyable time. I would stay at Maggie's again and would recommend her wonderful B&B to anyone. Thank you Maggie.

I have just spent a night at Maggies B&B with my wife. The room was lovely. The breakfast was great but best of all the welcome was fantastic. Maggie made us feel at home. I asked Maggie if she could get me flowers for my wife and have them in the room. This was no problem at all and the... More

We had a lovely stay at Maggie's-comfy beds, beautiful view of the Loch, generous breakfasts, and great talks with Maggie gave us lots of ideas of places to eat and visit. Very centrally located-easy to visit the Kilmartin Valley filled with ancient ruins and sacred sites and Inveraray Castle and town. And a big Thank You to Maggie for your... More

We got the warmest of welcomes from Maggie. From the front would would think this some ordinary house, but from the back the view is absolutely stunning out to the loch and up and down it. We hadn't ever had a better view from a B&B, or hotel for that matter. One can walk out of patio doors to get... More

Family of five stayed in August 2014. Last minute change to plans and needed space for an additional child. No trouble at all for Maggie who kindly put an extra mattress into the twin room which was perfect. Breakfast was good with lots of extra toast to hand. Fantastic view from the rear of the house onto the loch. It... More

What matters about Maggie’s is concealed behind the shell of a bland semi-detached frontage. Behind the terraced decking affords views over a shingle shore, slipway , paraphernalia of a working fishery and the beautiful Loch Fyne. Did I say “and” ? Our room afforded the same ever-changing view; a compact ensuite; good TV; touch sensitive reading lights and a contour... More

After driving through a blizzard, we were met by a warm, friendly welcome and a cup of tea by Maggie and her husband Alistair.
