“Avoid this soul-less place”

It's well seen the previous review was written a year ago. Friendly staff? Yeah right. This was one of the most soul-less places I've ever stayed in - and unlike every other hostel I've been in, there was absolutely NOTHING like free tea, coffee, bread, margarine etc for breakfast in the morning. My friend and I have spent a few nights at the hostel. As hostels go in Scotland, this may not be the biggest,but it's probably the friendliest, most convenient and very well situated for trips around Argyll and beyond.The staff go out of their way to be helpful - to the extent of guarding our motorbikes while we went out...
