Lovely spot overlooking the loch. House was immaculate - gardens too. Spotless with a good breakfast to start the day. Good people doing an excellent job. Well worth a visit.

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay at Creag Dhubh. Beautiful old home with modern amenities, located right on Loch Fyne. The room was just like home, with an excellent bath, and very comfortable. The grounds has a gorgeous garden, and is just a short but refreshing walk from town. Our hosts did everything possible to make our stay... More

We stayed in a room overlooking Loch Fyne -- well worth the extra. We liked everything about this B&B, but would suggest a bit more privacy for the en suite -- frosted glass walls were adequate, but I would have welcomed a bit of curtain to obscure them further! Very clean, very comfortable, good breakfast.

Having stayed in several B and B's on our recent trip to Scotland both me and my wife thought that we should give this place a special mention. Great service, great location and a breakfast to match. The weather could have been a bit more kind but this didn't put a damper on our stay as this gave us more... More

We stayed in a large room with a beautiful view over the Loch. Janice and Richard were wonderful hosts. The guest lounge with open fire is a lovely touch. The house is located just a short walk from the town centre. Breakfast was very good. What more can I say - try it - you won't be disappointed.

We stayed in Creag Dhubh for 3 nights, in a double bedroom overlooking the back yard, which was a slight disappointment at the beginning - since the front rooms overlook Loch Fyne - but after all it was not a big deal. Our room (no. 5, ground floor) was extremely clean, somewhat small but not to a point that caused... More

We were given a very warm welcome by Richard, the room was lovely and overlooked the garden. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and they accommodated any request. It's ideally situated for Inveraray which is only a short walk away. Overlooking the loch you didn't have far to go to see nice views. Would definitely... More

A splendid house with a fabulous location overlooking Loch Fyne. The home's front gardens are beautiful and there is a nice spot to sit and enjoy them. Our room was really lovely, overlooking the back garden, quiet & peaceful. The bathroom was very nice, the shower was great, and all was impeccably clean. Bed was one of the most comfortable... More
