Just returned from a 4 night break in caravan J. The setting of this small site is fantastic for exploring the local area. The view from the caravan is simply stunning. The site is really clean and Jim and Julie were the perfect hosts. This is the ideal get away for people who want to relax for a while (although... More

We have just returned from a week in the 'Cherry Tree' lodge here and were very impressed. Jim and Julie were very helpful providing useful information about the site and the surrounding area. The holiday park grounds are on the site of a disused railway station and so the platform, small bridges, rope swings and tunnels make the perfect adventure... More

We have just returned from a weekend break here, clean modern and well equipped lodges in a fantastic area. Particularly liked little extras here, basket in kitchen with tea coffee and biscuits, and an information folder about the facilities and surrounding area that wasnt full of tourist flyers?! Jim couldnt have been more helpful, nice walks and bar nearby, this... More

I stayed for a long weekend in November 2012. Apart from the owner Jim we never seen another person. Really quite and peaceful. Doesn't take long to travel into Oban and Fort William as we did. Really nice Cabins and they retained heat well. Views are spectacular. We just brought our own food but ended up eating out most of... More

Recently back from a long weekend stay in the "Fox Den" lodge. We were last here 3 years ago and we came back because we loved it so much - and we're still loving it ! The lodge was great; really nicely laid out, spotless and really comfortable. And the views from the lodge are brilliant - waking up in... More

We have been staying here for 12 years now. We have stayed in a variety of lodges and both The Station House and Porters Cottage. We have never been disappointed and have always received the warmest of welcomes from the owners and nothing is too much trouble for them. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and there is lots to do... More

We stayed here for a mid week break in April 2012 in one of the higher lodges. The weather was great when we arrived and the view from the lodges was amazing. Our lodge was lovely with brown leather sofas and a new style kitchen. The heating was on for our arrival and it was lovely and cozy. We didn't... More

We took two cabins (family), for an extended weekend break in late Sept 2012. The children (10 -12) loved the games room. The cabins are very comfortable and well placed. During day you can hear passing sporadic traffic, but we all agreed it was quiet in evening and night. There is a very cool wee walk to the nearby restaurant/pub... More

Thanks for taking the time to write such a lovely review on your stay. We are pleased that you found the lodges comfortable and glad the kids made use of the Games Room when here. We are looking at turning the old station into a meeting place for the guests on site and a secure bike storage facility so hope... More
