Stayed here for one night with my mother and it was lovely and spacious. We were in the family room on the ground floor which was perfect for my mum as she uses a walking frame. Room was clean, tidy and had everything that you need ie. Hairdryer, shower gels etc. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding and very... More

I stayed here last year with my bridesmaids the night before my wedding and I cant fault the B&B at all. Lovely staff and lovely clean, comfortable rooms. We were made to feel very welcome and looked after with a nice breakfast in the morning. Would 100% recommend.

This is a good old fashion bed and breakfast that is not pretentious and does not try to be too fancy. I had one night here on my Scotland road trip and liked the simplicity if the place ... And is was great value for money too. Breakfast was good as well :-)

I'm certain that we had the best room in the facility, #6 on the top floor, as we had an outstanding view from the room as well as an ensuite bathroom that had a front window, resulting in a lovely bright room during the day. The room had a large comfortable bed, hospitality tray, complimentary bottles of water, and free... More

We arrived after a long journey and were met by the owner. He advised us on breakfast times. We were shown to Room 1 .. For the 3 of us this room was perfect, clean, spacious and an enormous bathroom. Breakfast was great, something to please everyone even a fussy 13 yr old. Would definitely recommend a stay here and... More

We stayed at the Seaview overnight prior to our attending the open at St. Andrews. The staff were welcoming and helpful and our room was spacious and well equipped, with the beds being so comfortable after a long drive from the Midlands. We ate at the local pub which was also very nice and then slept like logs in those... More

Great location right in Carnoustie within walking distance of the golf course. The owners are as nice of people as you could ever meet. Stay includes a delicious home cooked breakfast every morning. Great views from the well kept rooms.

We stayed several nights as we were visiting an old friend who lives in Carnoustie. On arrival we were met by a friendly Claire who immediately offered us tea! Never had that before. The room at the top was large but cosy with a great view out to sea. The bathroom was equally large with one of the best and... More

When the previous proprietor wished to make an accessible room so that disabled visitors could stay at the Seaview, I gave him quite a bit of advice in my capacity as an accredited Access Auditor. When it was completed, my wife and I, who are both disabled, stayed there approximately 15-20 times. When the new people arrived, we tried again... More

Recently stayed at the Seaview Guest House during our golf trip through Scotland. Jim and his family were outstanding hosts. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The facility has a large parking lot that made parking our big van very easy. It was truly like visiting close relatives. With Jim's interest in golf, this will be a... More
