I was attending a professional annual conference which are hosted by different local authorities every year.I was really looking forward to spending time with colleagues and having good food as this is a 4 star hotel.The food was bland, meat tough and very disappointing.Waiting staff took your order then forgot to bring what you asked for. We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of March 2009. Found the place to be comfortable and friendly. Didn't venture into the restaurant but found their bar meals to be more than adequate. Didn't try the spa treatments but the swimming pool was a decent size albeit on the cold side! Nice hotel for a short break. more
