When we arrived for check in the bar and lounge were very busy, this did not stop the young lad seeing to us and showing us to our room, he was very helpful and very polite. The room was clean and comfortable, we were there for one night only for golf locally. Breakfast was good with a choice of yogurts,... More

Pros: very friendly staff and clean and pleasant rooms Cons: dinner - no mash available (bit of a must with a creamy fish dish?) and while the fajitas were fresh and generous in portion size, there was no guacamole (eek!) and no spice to be found. Breakfast - no cereal, fruit or yoghurt on offer and the hot food had... More

Stayed at the Carnoustie Golf & Spa Hotel 28th- 30th January, but my wife & I decided to eat at the 19th Hole hotel & Restaurant for our Evening meal which had been recommended to us. We were not disappointed as the food & service was first class. A pint of beer, 2 coffee's (latte) 1 soup & 2 main... More

This establishment treats young disabled adults as 2nd class citizens...Will never be back, don't know how they get away with it.Mother of one of the group was given the brush off by both bar and kitchen staff .

Booked for one night stay as a last minute Birthday treat for the other half. On arrival the staff very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was a good size, clean and modern with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Downside was the noise from the juke box downstairs in the pool room and from the live music which was... Very comfortable and clean hotel at a good price. Room was a good size and well furnished, bed very comfortable and big. Breakfast was very good and the staff were great. Easy to find just off of the Main Street , would certainly stay here again.

Very clean and modern rooms, good breakfast, and very close to the Links :-) Only downside might be that the hotel is a pub as well, and they have live bands in the weekends (but the pub closes at midnight)

Last minute booking for a one night stay and we could not have asked for better for our needs. Initial welcome by Jackie was 1st class, all staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We had lunch, dinner & breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed everything we had and would give top marks for quality, presentation and price. Overall this hotel was great... More

Eat here a number of times over the last two years, but never stayed here. Food was very good, starters were tasty and plentiful, had fish and chips (Haddock was preferred to the Abroath smokies that I don't like at all)
