Worst meal ever had tasteless bland food. Service poor waitress never even asked if our food was okay. After she served the food she just disappeared. Husband had to go to the bar to get drinks for table as she was not there. Will not be back and would recommend not to go there for a meal.

Stayed attheKinloch Arms this week , it was very reasonably priced and in the lovely town of Canoustie. Bedrooms were nice and breakfast was ok. Arrived a bit late but this was no trouble to the staff Well worth a visit

Went for dinner as they had a wee deal on sadly the quality and quantity aint the same as the normal menu. Ok fair enough but the place was like an ice box a sure sign that corners are being cut, add to that some dismal background music over tinny speakers and you have the atmosphere sucked right out of... Second attempt for lunch, the first time we left as they didn't cater for vegetarians. This time we waited over an hour after placing our orders, the meal was poor quality I'm afraid we will definitely NOT be back!

Very nice b&b in Carnoustie, at the main floor pub and bar with breakfast room and a beer garden outside. Quite large parking. The double room we booked was nice and small, with tv shower ok bed (made by 2single mattresses) Lovely scottish breakfast in the morning, possibility of dining all day

Here for September weekend and had a lovely time. Staff all very pleasant. Food lovely. Rooms a little dated but for the price of the stay great value all round. Breakfast was lovely and staff in the morning very efficient and very friendly and helpful.
