The grottiest place I've ever had the misfortune to stay in. We were a group of two couples staying,we all agreed that this was a flea-pit that hadn't been cleaned for sometime(weeks-mths). Our room had it's own "running water" of a toilet to reduce legionaires disease. My husband and I booked to stay at Kingsley house for a week in July and I am sorry to say We only stayed one night as I found the guest house was way below the standard I would have expected I cannot give any comment in favour of staying there more
