Went for food. Girl in restaurant said they had no space, I questioned this as the place was empty. She assured me people would fill up the restaurant any minute so we had to eat in bar. Nobody arrived the whole time we were there, she clearly just couldn't be bothered. We ordered. Asked if the food came with fries... More

I stayed two nights and was really positively surprised. The service starting at reception, and in the restaurants was good - rich brekafasts and dinners. The room was clean, however wifi was on, yet you could not refresh websites from time to time. Hopefully will come back here in the future. Stayed in room 320 and heard seagulls "laughing" from... I have been here a few times and the food is good enough but it is quite expensive. The building is nice and the atmosphere is fine. Customer service is always good. Good enough presentation of food and everything is nice and clean. Would recommend this place but expect quite an expensive bill.

stated in a ground floor room at the rear of the hotel, facing the rear car park. Unfortunately drunks arguing in the street outside in the early hours, though this is beyond the hotels control I don't hold that against the place. There was a very strong smell of ammonia in the bathroom, which built up if you left the... More

I have stayed here now three time for Peterhead Burn's supper and they do a great job of what is a very long-running and traditional meal. The service is great for mass catering, which is a fine art and very difficult with over 200 to serve. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and the wifi perfectly good for working if... More

I visited here on the 2nd of January for a meal in the bar/dining area with my friend. On Arriving no one showed us to our seat so we took it upon ourselves to find a seat. We sat in the bar area in the corner. To start with it wasn't all that bad, we got served quick and got... More

Totally appalling service from the restaurant, food over cooked and staff members especially "allia" were very rude and unhelpful, will not be going back and myself and my friend were very unhappy with the service we recieved

We were visiting family and chose this hotel as it was very close. We stayed in room 320 (facing the back) which appears to be a refurbished room. It is very nicely presented. We had a comfortable night's sleep with a nice choice at breakfast. Would recommend to others if you are in the area.

I have stayed here many times and still think "it's worth driving the extra miles for". The recently refurbishment is on going, and when finished will transfer this Hotel into one of the best in the North East. It is still under £90 for an executive room and breakfast. With standard rooms under £70 inc breakfast. It beats the hotels... More
