Joint birthday celebratory meal - Sunday lunch with family. Good food spoiled by inattentive, slow service. Plenty of waitresses and busy time but definite lack of efficiency from waitresses on duty. Will not be recommending to other friends and family.

Banff Springs is in the middle of an upgrade and the new rooms are excellent and very plush - beds are SO comfy and the fittings are luxury themselves.
